Return Process

  Initiate Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the machinery in its original crate or heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.

  Freight Arrangement

  Affix the provided shipping labels and schedule a freight pickup or drop-off at an authorized logistics center as instructed by our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
